It takes about 40 minutes driving east to reach Silistra, one of the biggest cities at the coast of the River. The view is breath-taking, a colourful kaleidoscope of water and green forests. Built in 1950, it was renovated about 10 years ago and just recently has been completely restored to its original condition.
