Sotira

The partially standing church of Avios Mamas, built around the 12th century can be found on the east of the village. The church was later rebuilt in the 16th century and you can still see many of the frescos which date back to this period. The dome on the 16th century church of Panayia Khordajotissa has been restored and the church can be found 1.5 km to the west of the village along with the church of Ayios Georghios, an early christian basilica with three aisles.
