Bryant Homes are 'snapped up'

A new Bryant Homes development in Hampshire is seeing its houses sell at a rapid rate.

The Limes Park site in Basingstoke has sold 71 homes since the start of the year - more than six a month.

Commenting on this popularity, sales manager for George Wimpey West London Sally Prince said: "While there has been a slowdown in the national property market, Limes Park is stealing the show in Basingstoke."

The homes vary from a one-bedroom coach house priced at £165,000 if bought before Christmas, which could suit first-time buyers, to family friendly townhouses with four bedrooms, which are priced from £249,995.

Built with traditional local materials like slate and timber, the location is two miles from the centre of Basingstoke.

Bryant recently revealed that it is offering discounts for a limited time only on new homes at a development in Suffolk.

It said those who buy before Christmas can secure Delamere houses at the Abbotsford development in Bury St Edmunds for £194,995.ADNFCR-1100-ID-18897515-ADNFCR
