Property buyers who want to spend Christmas in a new home have been pointed towards George Wimpey's new development.

The company is behind Jennett's Park, a selection of houses located between Wokingham and Bracknell.

George Wimpey is already pushing its four-bedroom property at the development, which is selling at £359,995.

The firm said it is ideal for those who want to move straight in as it comes with stamp duty already paid.

It added that buyers will be able to enjoy a large living room, a spacious kitchen and a dining room.

George Wimpey went on to praise the high standard specification, which includes double glazed windows and central heating.

"Jennett's Park is a new community ideally located between Wokingham and Bracknell," it commented.

The firm added that the homes are located close to amenities such as schools, shops, play areas and pubs.
