Older homes receive Barratt incentivesOlder homes receive Barratt incentives
Barratt Homes has announced it is extending the part-exchange initiative in place on some of its new properties to older homes.
The company has a number of homes for sale that it has acquired through its home exchange service and the Oakleaf division of Barratt is now providing such deals to buyers considering purchasing an older property.
"Many buyers are not aware that we sell older homes as well as brand new ones," Barbara Young of Barratt explained.
She added that financial packages such as the payment of a five per cent deposit and help with legal fees for first-time buyers can also be arranged for those considering purchasing such a property, which range in price from £69,950 to £249,500.
Those looking for a new property from the housebuilder may wish to note that cash back offers are in place at its development in Knaresborough, where prices for a four-bedroom property begin at £419,995.
