Buyers who want to move purchase a new home but are having difficulty selling their current property may wish to consider a new offer from Redrow Homes.
The homebuilder's The Grange development in Desborough has a number of four and five-bedroom properties available for buyers, many of which can be purchased using the firm's part-exchange scheme.
"Part-exchange is the ideal option for people who want to move right away," area sales manager for Redrow Homes South Midlands Tonia Tyler explained.
She noted that the risk of gazundering - where buyers lower their offer late in to sales negotiations - and collapsing chains are removed by the initative, which sees Redrow purchase owner's property at market value to enable them to move in to a new home.
Prices at The Grange, which is in an idea location for commuters to Leicester, Peterborough and Northampton, start at £224,995.
Bryant Homes has a similar offer in the Essex village of Stansted Mountfitchet, where a four-bedroom property can be purchased for £295,000.
