Redrow offers 'eco-friendly' Cheshire homes

Redrow Homes has announced the development of two new ventures in Cheshire.

The company noted that the homes in one of the developments are particularly suitable for those interested in environmentally-friendly property.

At Stamford Brook, green features are included throughout and energy usage is minimised by insulation and efficient heating systems.

Two-bedroom apartments are priced from £124,950, while four-bedroom detached houses begin at £330,000.

Meanwhile homes at the second development, Cooper Court, are available from £129,995.

Sales director at Redrow Homes Christine Aitken remarked: "Both … are two developments that tick every box; a beautiful location and equally stunning homes that don't cost the earth - and we have something to suit every type of house hunter."

Recently the company announced that a number of homes were still available at the Fox's Fold site in Barton upon Humber, Lincolnshire, with prices ranging from £114,995 to £169,995.
