Redrow offer could tempt Welsh property buyers

Homebuyers who are looking for a new property in Wales but are struggling to sell their existing home may wish to consider an offer in place at the Glyn Coediog development in Llantwit Fardre, south Wales.

Redrow is offering buyers who wish to purchase a home at the site a part exchange option on selected plots, meaning the housebuilder will buy a customer's current property from them.

A variety of properties ranging from one-bedroom apartments to three and four-bedroom three-storey homes are available at the development, which is located five miles from the M4.

Area sales manager for Redrow Homes in south Wales Rachael Davies described the selection of homes available as "superb".

"This is the ideal option for people who want to move right away, but are being held back by their current house," she added.

Redrow also has a buyer incentive scheme in place at its Hallwood Gardens development in Chorley, where purchasers can defer payment of up to 25 per cent of the property's price for a decade through the company's easi-buy scheme.ADNFCR-1100-ID-18847933-ADNFCR
