Redrow scheme offers "real bonus" to buyers

Those who move in to a new home at a development in Chorley will be able to take advantage of a new deferred payment scheme and have the opportunity to save thousands of pounds.

Redrow Homes' easi-buy scheme allows buyers to defer payment of up to 25 per cent of the property's price for a decade, but those who are able to make the payment early will make "substantial" savings.

"Easi-buy is a great option for first time buyers looking to get onto the property ladder," sales director for Redrow Homes Lancashire Christine Aitken stated.

"For those whose financial circumstances change for the better more quickly than expected … the option of repaying the deferred element early and pocketing a substantial saving is a real bonus," she added.

The offer is in place at Redrow's Hallwood Gardens development, where buyers can purchase a two-bedroom apartment valued priced at £109,995 for an initial payment of £82,496.

In related news, developer Gladedale has properties at its Light Buildings site in Preston available for purchase, with prices starting at £137,950 for a two-bedroom apartment.ADNFCR-1100-ID-18836977-ADNFCR
