Bedfordshire development offers mortgage incentiveBedfordshire development offers mortgage incentive
Buyers looking for a new home in Bedfordshire could be tempted by the Greenacres development in Stotfold - and the financial incentives that come with purchasing a property there.
Developer George Wimpey is offering to subsidise a new buyers' mortgage for 12 months if they move in before the end of the year, meaning owners will be paying £150 a month for their new home.
A range of two, three, four and five-bedroom homes are available at the site, with prices ranging from £150,000 to £399,995.
Each property in the development features a fitted kitchen, double glazing and central heating and has the advantage of what sales and marketing director Jason Colmer has described as a "great" mortgage offer.
"It means our customers can benefit from having additional cash in the bank, or spend more on making their new house a home," he remarked, adding that the incentive is ideal for buyers looking to purchase their first home.
Redrow homes recently announced the opening of its new Bramford Gardens development in Ipswich, where prices for two-bedroom properties start at under £100,000.
