Britons living in Lincolnshire looking to downsize in their retirement now have the option of moving into a Redrow home near the city of Lincoln.
The Lindum Point development is a selection of one-and two-bedroom apartments located in "lush green surroundings" and prices start from £124,950.
Redrow is offering to pay £500 every month for the first year to help downsizers with mortgage payments.
"Downsizing is a necessity for some and others just see the advantages of moving to a smaller property and improving their quality of life," said Catherine Cloke, area sales manager.
The development is situated near to the A15 which leads to the centre of Lincoln. From the city, homeowners can drive to Nottingham and Leicester, via the A46 and A52.
Lincoln railway station is 1.6 miles from the development, which links to the East Coast main line. There are also direct trains to Nottingham and Sheffield.
