Rochdale part-exchange event announced

Homeowners with families are being offered a 105 per cent part-exchange event in Rochdale, Greater Manchester on July 7th and 8th.

Taking place at the Rutherford Park development in semi-rural Smallbridge, would-be buyers will be able to take advantage of a part-exchange deal and other incentives offered by Miller Homes.

For customers who request a part exchange, Miller Homes said it will "remove the uncertainty" by returning with an offer for their old house in seven days.

Sue Warwick, marketing director, said: "Nearly everybody buying the family homes at Rutherford Park […] have a house to sell, so it is an ideal location to showcase our initiative.

"There are many advantages to using part-exchange. You can stay in your old home until your new home is ready. There are no estate agents fees."

Incentives include a brand new Fiat Grande Punto on selected plots, free carpets and the waiving of a part exchange fee.

Prices start from £219,995 and four and five-bedroom homes are available.

In related news, Miller Homes has won the Housebuilder of the Year award at a gala dinner in London organised by trade magazine Building.
