Chris Ashmore, sales director, said: "Most new developments are launched off-plan in an attempt to encourage early sales and this is a practice that we continue to do in certain areas.
"Here in Tamworth however, where new-build competition is very high, we decided to wait until we had a product to show before unveiling the scheme to the public."
He went on to say that the recent spate of interest rates has made homebuyers more cautious about where they spend their money.
